Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BrandRadar (“BrandRadar”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service at brandradar.xyz and the email digests we send you. BrandRadar is a brand-mention monitoring service: you give us keywords, and we email you when those keywords appear somewhere new on the public internet.
If you have any questions, contact us at founder@brandradar.xyz.
1What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you provide directly:
- Your email address — so we can send you your digest and contact you about your subscription.
- Your keywords — the names, terms, or phrases you ask us to watch for.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on our website, we do not collect sensitive personal information (such as race, health, or religious beliefs), and we do not buy or receive your personal information from third parties. We never see or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by our payment providers.
2How we use it
Specifically, we use your email and keywords to:
- Find public mentions of your keywords and deliver your daily email digest.
- Communicate with you about your subscription, including changes or issues.
- Maintain the security of the service and prevent abuse.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
3The public sources we read
To find mentions of your keywords, BrandRadar reads publicly available content from sources such as Hacker News, Google News, and public forums. We only access content that is already public. We do not log into private accounts, and we do not access anything behind a login or paywall on your behalf.
4Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers that operate the service:
- Resend — delivers your digest emails. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Stripe — processes our card payments and handles checkout and billing. See their privacy policy.
- Cryptocurrency payments — if you pay in USDC, the transaction is recorded on a public blockchain, which is outside our control.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by others.
5How long we keep it
We keep your email and keywords for as long as your subscription is active, and for a short period afterward so we can close your account and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
6How we keep it safe
We take reasonable, practical steps to protect your information: access to it is restricted, credentials are kept out of our code, and we deliberately collect as little data as possible. That said, no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
7Children
BrandRadar is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8Your rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or UK GDPR) give you rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, export it, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email founder@brandradar.xyz and we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law. You can also unsubscribe from the digest at any time, which stops further processing.
9International users
BrandRadar is operated from Nigeria, and our service providers may process data in other regions. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the latest version, and for material changes we’ll notify subscribers by email.
